Privacy & Data Sovereignty

"Your home's electrical signature is your personal data." At Abel Electrical NSW, we operate under a 'Privacy-First' engineering protocol. We do not just protect your wires; we protect your sovereignty.

1. Data Collection & The Ledger

We only collect the minimum quantitative data required to fulfill NSW regulatory obligations. This includes your contact details for invoicing and your physical address for issuing Mandatory Certificates of Compliance (CCEW). We treat your personal details as an immutable record, never shared with third-party marketing entities.

2. Infrastructure Privacy

Unlike standard 'Smart Home' installers, our goal is the reduction of data leakage. During a Forensic Audit, we may measure electromagnetic fields (EMF) and high-frequency voltage transients. This data is used solely to generate your private report. We do not upload your household usage patterns or infrastructure vulnerabilities to cloud-based servers.

3. The "Off-Grid" Data Protocol

All sensitive forensic reports and site-specific engineering diagrams are stored on encrypted, offline-first systems. We prioritize physical security and digital air-gapping for our internal records to ensure your home’s 'Security Blueprint' remains under your control.

4. Smart Meter Sovereignty

We recognize that modern utility meters are data-harvesting tools. Our role is to provide technical shielding and attenuation solutions that maintain your compliance while maximizing your privacy. We do not provide your audit results to utility providers or government agencies unless legally compelled by a specific warrant.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request the total destruction of your forensic records at the conclusion of our contract, provided all regulatory compliance documentation (CCEW) has been successfully lodged with the relevant authorities.
